"Bespoke Real Estate Capital" is a private equity / investment management company who invests only in real estate sector in India.
Our clients include global pension funds, sovereign funds, endowment funds etc. based out of US, Europe, Singapore or Middle East.
The firm invest in large residential / commercial projects in top tier cities in India.

'Bespoke' means tailor made and we make sure that we provide tailor-made capital that suits the requirements of real estate developers in India.
Our competitors would be other private equity funds like Sun Area Property Partners, Xander, IndiaREIT, HDFC Property Fund, Milestone Property Advisors etc.

We want to design a professional, clean and smart logo that represents our philosophy and business.
