We need to design a logo for our start-up non profit organization

The name of it is Austin’s Place and it is technically considered an adult training facility for adults with mental/physical disabilities.
It’s more of a day camp for adults with mental and physical disabilities.
I would like to incorporate the name obviously.
I do not want it to be too childish because it is for adults, but I would like it to be friendly and inviting.
The overall idea or purpose of the company is to provide adults that are not ready to enter society the additional training/learning and community involved needed to get them ready for the next step.
