  Hello, I just wanted to say thank you for all your work and efforts on this. I want to apologise for not giving you feedback, my work load is very hight and I just don't have enough hours in the day, which is a poor excuse but true. I really like your work but unfortunately the design wasn't quite right for this project. Thank you again and I wish you all the best.
