Contest Brief

We are a Real Estate Agent looking to update our image incorporating a Modern Logo. Attached is our current branding. We want a simple yet recognisable logo to use in conjunction with the Company Name (font to be decided) The logo will be used on all our sign boards, banners, stationary and website. Our company is Artha Property Group and we are looking to use Artha Real Estate Professionals as our real estate arm. Artha property group has offices in Brisbane Australia as well as satellite offices in China, Hong Kong, Japan and Malaysia. We deal in Residential, commercial, development, property management, special projects and Off the plan sales. Please see the notes below regarding what we like and don't like. Modern Font. Separate logo.

Also we want something recognisable. so when you see it you remember it. or if we described it to you, you would go "oh yeah I have seen that". Scroll through the logos yourself a few times and think about which ones you remember easily. that is what we are doing.

Hi thanks for all the entries. Having looked at many of them we are narrowing it down a little in terms of our requirements. We need something that has a logo to the left of the wording (as that is required for upload to websites) logos above the wording will not fit. Unsure about the logo incorporated in the name sort of like sort of don't like. (ie the A for artha being the logo) Bold fonts are also liked. Times new roman style is what we are trying to get away from. (mind you the font can easily be changed for the winning entry if the logo is bang on so don't feel like it is a game changer)
