Need logo design for audio technology company. Logo should be "catfish" themed.

Logo requirements:
1. Should resemble a catfish.
2. Should be relatively minimalistic. Better a "hint of catfish" than something that looks like the Bass Pro Shop logo.
3. Should be "tech cool". Should not give impression that company is a tackle shop, seafood restaurant, etc.
4. Should look good in full color and monochrome, as well as silkscreened on product. (If full color applies)
5. Should be relatively "square" format. Does not need to be a square, but graphic height should be about the same as graphic length. (Does not need to be exact)
6. Should be 2D, flat vector logo. Should not be 3D.
7. Should not contain any text
