Background info: I need a logo for a new web based app/service. The service is a peer-assessment tool aimed at educators. It is called "Elo Grader" and allows teachers to setup assignments where completed entries are then ranked based on feedback from other students.

Requirements:
- We will own the copyright of the finished image.
- We will need the final logo provided in a vector image format, please state in your entry what vector file format(s) you can provide the image in.
- The text "Elo Grader" should be included either as part of the logo itself or alongside the logo (capitalisation is not important. The space between the words is optional but if not included then use of capitalisation or colour should be used to make it obvious it is two words).
- We would prefer a 'modern' style appropriate to a web 2.0 app, should appeal to teens.
- Shape / colours / fonts are unimportant
