To clarify the brief, the preference is for simple "iconic" designs that do not limit the company (it is not just diving, for example). If I have rated your design poorly it is most likely because it is too complex, or is a limited theme (boat, diver, etc). Do what you can in terms of bringing out the concepts of depth, underwater, ocean themes while maintaining a simple design.
