The Name

EIGHTEEN
apartments

Colours lime, white and black.

The building has 18 stylish and spacious apartments. The development will be marketed as a smaller modern, boutique apartment building with only 18 apartments.
The design will focus on the name Eighteen being in larger text than apartments below it. The font style and simplicity is the key.
My thoughts
eighteen - lime colour (surprise me with your text/font creation)
apartments - white colour
logo background - black colour
These colour schemes are just my thoughts at this stage, see what you can mix and create coming up with something unique that shows style!
