Contest Brief

Hello freelancers,
I need very simple work... a flat logo to be designed for a company named "Your Dentist Abroad"...
I would like it to be all in letters, non-capitals, use some font like helvetica...
I want it to say "yourdentistabroad" and i want "dentist"part to be in bold...
if this is an icon for a stone, i would like a tooth in that style on the left side
http://presencestone.com/cs/images/logo.png
i want it in dark blue
good luck
