Contest Brief
im a residential construction business after a logo for business cards and car signage etc. Hoping to make the V in Vardon the focus of the logo ( this could be for multiple business lines relating to the construction industry e.g Vardon Homes, Vardon Construction Services, Vardon developments etc.) -I would like the V to be symbolised with a roof line above or incorporated into the font and with the symbol designed in a way that allows it to be used in the main body of the text and separated for badgining etc. In terms of colour I'm after one highlight colour Green, orange or similar which can be changed as colours trend with blacks greys or whites for the ancillary text- thinking clean and modern. Id like to avoid cartoony images of tools or any photo real images. im after a clean simple design focusing mainly on font and use of colour that will lend itself well to media such as screen printing and cutouts. I will increase the contest value to around $60-$100 when i feel the designs are on track

Hi all thanks for the input. I have raised the prize money to $40 as im now confidant I know what I want. Id like the V in VARDON to be symbolised with a roof line or similar. Entry #41 has nailed the concept but id like to see the V symbol integrated back into the main text. I will raise then prize again when I feel we're all on track. thanks guys, looking good!
