This contest is for the design of a logo, as well as mobile app icons and splash screens (startup pages), for an application called CrimeScope. The application allows someone on a mobile phone or tablet to search for known convicted criminals in their geographic area as well as for missing persons and persons on the FBI Most Wanted list.

The logo, icons, and splash screens should be modern and simple, without a lot of embelishments or complicated graphics. They need to convey the purpose of the application and be clean and streamlined. Uber is a good example of such design:

The deliverables for this contest are:

1. Logo, both source (e.g. PSD, SVG) and rendered file (PNG, JPG).
2. splash screen renderings in the following sizes. The files names must exactly match this list.
