the property stylist is service designed to help our clients with the sale of their home. We incorporate the clients own furnishings with hire furnishings to make the property more appealing when on the market to sell.

We are looking for a logo that is modern, clean and appeals to all demographics (young or old).

We would like to maintain the following:

- the property styler - all lower case
- "happy and fresh" yellow font
- nothing "cliche" or "kitsch" please
- the background of website and business cards etc will consist of grey and white chevron pattern

Logo first and then the business card design can be discussed with top three candidates.

UPDATE
Use yellow font on a grey background.
Focus more on name then picture.
