Good Idea! or maybe for a wintergarten that can be open in summer. On the other hand the middle house can shift on the left 1m and the northernmost one 2m, so to left free an angle. But maybe the best one is to rotate the childern room, create a passage to have a one big terrace (lest-rigth), an open near bath, other the treppe.
About estimation, each houses are about 570mc - 190mq (the 2 houses version is just 20% more). Here in Italy, close Milan it´s about 1000mq

I like your layout of the three units. Its really great, but why you don't use the space above the garages?It's a good idea to build a surrounded terrace, but don't you think a 4m tall wall will, in an idiomatic way of saying, beat you?Do have any estimation what the project will cost to build?
