Please design two layouts on the enclosed plot:

1) two-family house
2) tree-family house

Please see attached PDF.

Be aware that a distance to the plot borders of 3 meters have to be granted.

Each house should have:
1 Master Bedroom, 2 Children Rooms, Bathroom(s), Living room, Dining room in Kitchen included or separated, and a small hallway with a small guest toilet.
Living room should be to the south side, it would be nice if the terrace/patio is accessible trough the living room.
Also a double-garage for each detached house is needed.
Access/entry to the plot is only possible from street side.
