I need someone to design an icon for a Golf Scorecard app.

The icon should be 1024x1024 pixels, it must be very simple and modern (iOS 7 style). A flat icon would be perfect! Obviously it needs to represent golf (ball, tee, club, etc.) and/or a scorecard, as it is the purpose of the app. Moreover, the color-theme should be green & white.

The final design should be delivered with 1024x1024 pixels .PSD (square, not pre-rounded) and Illustrator with vectors.

If we really like your work, we may ask you to design the full app mockup!

Post this project as a contest and you'll get a lot of designs to choose from. Way better than accepting the one or two designs you get by hiring one designer.
