I need only design (PSD) for a Facebook app with the following pages:
* Homepage - background image, time counter, menu (home, regulation, how to, jump in, participants, prizes
* text page for terms and conditions
* how to page - faq style
* jump in - sign in form with name, city, phone, email, message, upload image, checkbox and submit
* participants - a list of images of all accepted participants. Every image will have a part of the message, name, date and number of votes received + 2 buttons (vote and report)
* prizes - page where 3 prizes will be presented - images, some info, estimated value

Use of icons will be appreciated.
I want a clean design with balanced colors, nothing to heavy for the eye, it must make you stay on the page.
Please do not use free templates or anything like that, I hate them - it will be a waste of time for you.
It will be nice if i could change colors of icons, buttons and so on in order to make the design fit the template where it will be placed.

For the beginning you can present a few pages and if i like something, I'll tell you to continue with the rest.

the app is a facebook page with width 810 px.

there is no logo or color theme, you must make it as if you want to sell it.

websourcero: "designers" in this contest maybe dont know how FB app looks and how it works. I know it very well it is something like simple website in facebook. I suppose you want design of whole app in this contest so 100 USD is low price for 6 pages and as I see low quality designs it wont be better.
