Pretty easy one here...I would like a modern custom eBay template created with all of the same elements as the one shown here.

Elements should include links to ebay Store, Contact us, About Us, FAQs, and "Im a liquidatewarehouse seller" link (which directs to about us page). I would also like a link somewhere that says "liquidate specials". I dont want it to blink like the example above does. I want the faqs section to have the same bullet points as the example provided. There should be a place to embed one picture inside the middle of the template. I would like the template to look really web 2.0 with a white background and separated sections for descriptions and FAQs. if you decide to create borders or shaped please use rounded corners that are easy on the eyes.. Please use the logo attached for the upper left of the template. For the description section, there should be separate section for main description, dimensions, and features just like the example above. I will need the html code when complete. i can host any of the images on my server. PM with questions. Thanks
