We are in the car washing industry and in need of great graphic design and some photoshop skills for our Environmental Poster/Board.
This is a new project for us so we would love to get multiple designs/ideas from different people.
I attached a .jpg and .tif file of a photo that needs some photo shop.
We do not want any of the text on the picture or outside the picture.
Only the "Artwork Courtesy of the City of Los Angeles Stormwater Management Division" should be in small text on the picture for copyrights purposes.
The second file is a Word with all our bullet points which is up to the freelancer how they will incorporate with the photo.
You may add your own graphics and ideas, what you believe works best for our project.
If we like your design, we might need to make some revisions until 100% satisfied.
A rough dimensions for this poster is 42"w x 36"h.

  This photo is used locally here in our city and goes well with our business ethics of saving water and our bay. If you can come up with a similar photo that shows the same environmental impact, we would gladly see it and how you would create the poster. Like I said, we've never done this before so any design or suggestions is welcomed. Thank you.

What do you guys need exactly? An Infographic with all the text in the word document and also a poster with the photo mentioned in the brief
