I am looking to design a template / mock up of a Welcome brochure for Medical Practices to use for new patients as well as to attract new patients.
The brochure will be 6 x A4 pages (plus a front cover and back cover page).
An idea of what we are looking for in this mock brochure is:
Front Cover: Professional , Medical/ Family related imagery/ colour scheme with name of practice "Olympic Park Medical Clinic", contact info, website etc.
Page 1: About Us/ What makes us different/ Philosophy etc
Page 2 Doctor's profiles including pictures (work to 5 doctors with profiles)
Page 3 Services we offer - list
Page 4 Online Appointments and Practice Newsletter
Page 5 Communication Policy
Page 6: Fees
Back cover : Contact details, website etc

For this project, the content will be provided by us, so we just really need a professional layout as well as good background images and shapes/designs to transform this brochure into a compelling read. Imagine what you would enjoy reading next time you walk into your doctor's surgery or perhaps what would make you switch to another doctor if you got it delivered to your mailbox. That is the brief.
