We want to get a brand new design for our database www.hseqreports.com. Log in using "demo" as username and password to see how it looks at the moment. As you will see, the design is very simple, so a new UI is needed.

The database is used by our customers who have their version of our app "HSEQ" connected to it. It is possible for the users to both register post directly into the database and by using the app. The data is automatically sent to the database when the user click "Send" in the app. I will need a new design on all the three pages in the database.

For the right person, we might also consider to hire a new php-developer to work close with our Android/iOS developers to improve the database (make version 2.0), but I want to start with the design on the version being online now.
