Hey there everyone,
I am in need of a BASIC template for my Minecraft Server webpage. I've found a template I like, but I'd like my own. So one similar to this would be great:

It needs to be VERY kid friendly, be bright and colorful, and have the same color scheme as the Emerald Item in Minecraft (Since my server name is called Emerald Valley.)

You'll need to make all the graphics including the logo, and everything. I really want to be wowed when I open up your template.

Some things I'd like:
~ I like the different rounded "bubbles" of content organized on the page.
~ Id like a horizontal menu bar

I just need a basic template, with some dummy content thats easy to edit. I may call on you for help in the future to make some more specific pages too, but for now, just a basic template.

For the logo, I'd like it to be a mix of elegant but still kid friendly. You can decide what looks best.

Just to clarify, what will be the main function of the site? If you're looking to have a static page that's fine, but by the sounds of it you're looking to be adding content/posts/images to it, which would call for something a little more complicated and be dynamic.

"Bubbles" of content aren't really something you can do in HTML alone, unless you start into columns, which most designers abhor. For $40, something like http://www.milesck.com/dac/index.php is probably about what you'll get.
