I'm looking for a talented designer to design a banner for my news website that I will be setting up. The name of the site will be 'The Southern Statesman'. I would like for the banner to be in the style of the top banners on sites like:

http://www.smh.com.au/
http://www.nytimes.com/

But creativity in the design will be awarded.
