Contest Brief

I need a banner designed for our email marketing. Specifically, this email is going to be our newsletter, and we want to call it the "Butler Bulletin." On of the attached photos is my clients crest, while the other is a background of a city, with metropolitan over layed. What I want done, is take the background image of Toronto that I have posted, fade it, and place 'Butler Bulletin" over top of it similar to the metropolitan image. it has to go with our colour scheme and have our crest in it. This image should be just under 600 pixels wide, and 200 tall.
