Use the logo on www.eCompleteContact.com and the individual squares that describe the features of our app to create an eye catching banner that is 300x250 in size. My initial thoughts were to turn the gears, on the left edge of the logo, in a counterclockwise direction and then slide the first square from the right as if it were hidden. Then include a headline associated with the function of the square. The blue colored tip of the gear needs to start at the 4 o'clock position and click up, dragging the blue eMail square (hidden in the right hand margin) toward the left with the appropriate phrase following the square. Note that the color of the gear tip matches the color of the email square. As that blue tip moves counterclockwise the blue email box is drawn from the right as if it had been hidden beyond the right hand margin. Continue to rotate the gear until all nine boxes have flashed their message. It is important to include a suggestion to go to our website to view the video overview. in my opinion, HTML5 would be best for banner, no need for any sort of software, rather it will work on any browser, any device. Also for devices that wont allow animations, for eg some mobile device, automatically static banner will appear.

Your job brief is very creative for animated banner.
But in animated gif format you will have good quality banner. Flash will be perfect for your job. I am suggesting you from my experience :)
Flash will load faster than animated gif :) Flash is popular only for its small size and smooth animation.
I am expert in flash, If you want me to make flash banner I would submit a entry.

  I was trying to suggest that the blue colored tip of the gear that matches the blue colored email square start out in the 4 )'Clock position on a clock as if the gear tip was the hand of the clock pointing to 4 O'Clock.
