Hi Everyone,

I need to create 3d promotional images to show clients and investors our plans for this coworking office.

I have included a file called "Visuals" to show the styles we like.

I have included the 2d Floor plans please do not redesign the space. There is 2 versions. The only difference is 1 has the "hot desk casual area" converted to an "event space."

I have also included the cad files for these.

The space should feel welcoming and professional. We aim to really build a community here. As you can see there are several glass walls to promote light passing through the space.

Images required include (more images is always good)
-Exterior view with the logo over the front door.
-Interior hot desk/kitchen area.
-Event space
-Meeting room
-Fixed desk view area
- 1 or 2 office areas.

Really anything you can think of to sell the space.

If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. Also we do not need to include all desks in the visuals if it feels too cramped.

Again please do not redesign the space the only change allowed is to reduce some seats to appear less crowded.

Hello, I was reviewing your project, I have experience in what you need, but unfortunately the autocad files do not match me to work in Revit and then take them to the Enscape render engine and take the corresponding images. I will make an entry # 5 so that you can appreciate an overlap of both plants. Accommodating that is out of my hands, at a very tight contest cost. Big regards.
