The purpose is to illustrate the completed property for potential buyers.

i am getting the lower version of autocad and will post it shortly. i am still learning how freelancer works. i have paid for some web scraping services and am now using the freelancer on multiple jobs. check the comments made and his track record on freelancer, he has been using it much longer than i have. so will use this service and am still trying to work out all its various functions. if i find the right person to do this work for me, it will be repeat work

Yes I only need one 3D scene to be drawn, but it can be done from a few different elevations. I have other 3d drawings to be done for other properties, and this is just a test on a small project so that I can a good freelancer that I can keep using. Have a look at my online ratings - I have given repeat work to another freelancer whose work I like. So if you are good at using CAD and preparing colour 3D images, then we will use your services for repeat business. Thank you for your interest in our project.

This is a project that requires good modeling and rendering skills a good number of hours for creating a good quality 3d Rendition of your image . May be its better to hire a expert guy with proper skills by opening a project rather than a contest. and you might want to reconsider the budjet as well. But anyways best of luck with the contest
