This is essentially a test for the shortlist candidates who we could not choose between, due to some excellent work that we really like.

$50 USD / hour for one hour. Show us what you can do with that time and our money.

We have a basic floorplan for a 2nd story addition to a small villa in Bali that needs creative ZEN style design extrapolation of our notes and visual references.

A quick design visualization is all we need, not a 3 day photo-realistic render.

We need this first phase to discuss with the local builder in Bali to do some cost estimates.

12 meter by 6 meter open concept, sustainable, environmental, minimalist style.

Super easy and relatively quick for a professional.

Mostly structure required; little to no furnishings, etc

The winner may also get the future design work for the full project.
