Hi CH, just a little tip: it'll be better to divide the contest for design from the implementation stage ;)

Let the designers do their job and create unique feel of the site and then you could always open a project for coding and implementation (since you are planning an additional payment for this job, then this should not be an issue for you).

Please note, that having this kind of requirement limits the chance of good designs being submit ;)

  The winning design must work with an Oscommerce template without too much work for the programmer who will do the implementation. Someone who has experience with Oscommerce templates should be able to do this.

Just to clarify .... We do not need a new shopping cart. Our existing Oscommerce site is great. We just need a new customized template in order to refresh the header, columns, and index page.

hi , i've read the project requirement & i have some questions if you can please answer them:
1-what kind of website you want ? html, cms , or only a psd design?
2-if you are opting in a fully working website & not only a psd design, i presume you'll be in need of a shopping cart?
3-how many language will you need i can see 3 in the existing website( speaking about langage will it be translation or a fully diffirent website for each language)?

  Our entire site is already fully translated into the 3 languages.
  We only need a new header, new columns, and a new layout for the index page.
