THE FOUR NEEDED MOCKUP PAGES:
• Startpage
• Contentpage type 1 (see below)
• Contentpage type 2 (see below)
• Contactform

WHAT WE WANT TO GET:
• Four mockup pics
• All graphical elements separate
Except from the mood-pic; for your mockup you may use my attached demo-moodpic
• all buttons/logos separate
• the fonts as TTF-files (free fonts)
• the HTML-codes of the used colors

ELEMENTS OF THE STARTPAGE:
1. Four links to content (type 1): less important content so smaller links/buttons, less prominent position etc.
Items: Contact, imprint, search, login (maybe with some icons)
some space for about two future items
2. Large graphic-area, mood-picture with some text on it (later on realized as slideshow) – you can use my demo-mood pic; of course you also may alter it if necessary for your design
3. Four „content-container“ (content type 2): more important content
I.e. with headline (maybe teaser), which may show on click their respective content directly on startpage
4. Prominent link to webshop (very important content)

STYLE PRINCIPLES:
• „Web 2.0“- design-style
• Simple, clearly arranged
• Intuitive UI
• Centered Layout
• Clear, bright and friendly colors (adapted to the existing logo)
• Quite large and “smooth” text
• Restrained transitions (i.e. backgrounds)
• Quite large, clear and simple elements and icons

As changing mood-pics we intend to use pics like the examples listed below
(also together with graphical text, refer to the attached demo)

added some demo-pics

Pls take a look to the added Demo-Layouts 1-4, but of course feel free to alter that due to your ideas!

For nole1:
Pic1: just changed pic + text, added text to containers for (my) better imagination
Pic2: the content (type 2, upper links) is replacing the main-pic (just realise that I've set the text-font too small)

Field names for contact-form:

Since the site will be in german language the field captions may sound something strange... ;-)
Basicly the field names are not that important for the mockup, but fundamentely we need:

1. Firma ("company" - text, approx. 25 characters visible)
1b. Name ("name" - text, approx. 25 characters visible)
2. Branche ("industry" - text, approx. 25 characters visible)
3. Email ("mail" - text, approx. 25 characters visible)
4. Telefon ("telephon" -text, approx. 25 characters visible)
5. Ort ("location" - text, approx. 25 characters visible)
6. Grund ("reason" - dropdown field, about 55 char., default "Bitte auswählen")
7. Ihre Nachricht ("your message" - Textarea, about 4 or 5 lines)

Fields no 1b, 4 and 6 will be mandatory

Ok, gentlemen,

I think we are almost finished!
When the last changes are done, we gonna discuss them internaly and will ask some business-partners and friends for their preferences.
Afterwards we will pay the reward.
What's still missing are the hover-versions of the links/buttons. But I think it's ok if (only) the "winner" makes this (after being rewarded). Saving time/work to the "second winner"...

  I think with psd file, you can easily get color of texts, boxes and borders but you have your reason for that requirement. Where we should put those color code? in a text file (to copy) or add a text layer describe color for every elements in psd file?

  Text file is ok. I think you gonna have notes about the used color anyway - so the technican (who's making a template from your mockup) don't have to scrabble them out again. If it's a problem just leave it - it's just a "nice to have"... ;-)
