Résumé du concours
I am looking for a 3D modeler to create around 100-150 simple "paper" models. This contest is the application process. Each applicant will create 5 models as described. The winner will receive $50 for those 5 models AND will earn a contract, worth over $1,000 to provide 100-150 more simple "paper" models!
These models are like nothing you have seen before. Take a look at the example models for an idea of what I'm looking for. In these examples, there are two pieces of "paper" that combine to form a 3D humanoid figure. Each piece of "paper" in the model can be unfolded into a flat pattern without overlap. So, the 3D models could be created in the real world. This is key.
If you look at the models you will also see that they look quite blocky. That is my limitation as a 3D modeller. I'm an engineer and I am good at modeling non-organic things, but I'm poor at organic modeling. That's why I need help. I'm looking for a 3D modeler who can model organic things, but also has a mechanical mind and can understand how shaping and folding "paper" can create incredible looking 3D models.
Okay, enough background, let's get to the details:
For this contest, you will design 5 simple "paper" models for evaluation. I do not expect any textures on the models.
I am providing 5 sets of concept art. This art depicts what I want modeled. The type of person/creature, the pose, the equipment. It is not to be used as a texture. It is just concept art.
The scale of the model should be ~28mm, which means a standard 6-foot tall human would be about 28mm tall. For non-standard height humanoids, please see the linked chart for relative scale.

Notes:
1) Notice the shape, design, and scale of the head in the model. Please do not change the general design and scale of the head compared to the body. Females may have a more feminine shaped head if appropriate.
2) Notice the interface of the shoulders to the neck in the fighter model. Please do not change this interface drastically. Obviously it can scale for larger or smaller creatures.
3) Notice the number and design of folds in the model. Please keep the number of folds to a minimum. This will help make assembly easier.
4) It is best if the model contacts the ground in at least two places. Otherwise it will be unstable.
5) Models should be "unfolded" to make sure they can be physically made. If there are overlaps when unfolded, the model is invalid. Also, there should be no "internal" vertices. All vertices in the model should be on an outer edge. (i.e. a non-manifold edge)
6) There should not be any detail smaller than 1mm. That means things like individual fingers should not be visible in the model. Instead, model a fist or approximate all of the fingers together, not indivdually.
7) If additional pieces are necessary, please model their attachment features.
8) Finally, the "paper" will be about .3mm thick in reality however the "paper" in the model is infinitely thin. Please account for the real thickness when pieces interact with each other.
Please provide images for your entries as well as the 3D file in STL format for evaluation. If you provide models before the deadline, I will provide feedback for improvement if necessary.
The five models are:
