Good afternoon,

I'm about to register a little company….and im totally stuck finding a name.

The brief

What the company does.
• It’s a Small property company, that packages up a block of land, with a nice house on it, (in Australia)
• It is a ‘turnkey’ package…simply meaning there is no more to pay, everything is done……, its ready to hand over the keys and move in / rent out.
• (my packages include everything most builders do not…like turf, letterbox, clothes line, driveway, carpet, tiles, windows fittings etc. etc. etc.).

Its market / who the company is aimed at
• Mainly targeting investors, but will appeal to first home owners, and retirees etc. on occasions.
• (these investors will be mum and Dad’s buying an investment property, either directly through me, or through their financial planners).
• Financial planners are the other market – looking for an investment for their client who wants to buy real estate, and wants them handled by someone who understands financial planning.
• The house and land package is the right price point / good return / in an area that can possibly achieve capital growth.

What is the point of difference / the appeal about this little company?
• Makes it very easy for the purchaser / investor….they know exactly what the price is (most builders can NOT tell you what a house will cost all finished off and ready to move in to…..there can be $50,000 - $100,000 difference with site costs / fencing / window fittings/ driveways / floor coverings / etc.)….. my house and land packages the cost is FIXED.
• Easy to finance – one price – everything packaged up - contracts – building tenders – quotes - rental appraisal – all taken care of… the banks simply say yes.
• The purchaser does not have to go and organize 5- 10 quotes on fencing / driveways etc. ,nor does the purchaser have to oversee this work….saving the purchaser a lot of time, and in a lot of cases money.
• Houses are in a growth area – with low vacancy rates, and reasonably high rents .

Action desired
If you could please help me think of a name for such a little company – I have a mental blank.

  This is quite unfair. Viango had submitted the entry first and you commented that you liked his idea a lot. Now you reward an entry which basically is the exact same idea which was submitted much later.
