Create event for pippity pop up

Contest Brief
I'm using pippity pop up for wordpress website. I wanted to set the pippity pop up so that if users submit their email they can download a whitepaper or are taken to a page on the wordpress website other users cannot see.
From what I can tell the easiest way to do this would be to write some Javascript that can be copied into the pippity event submit field.

oh just so you know you will also be able to have the file emailed to them if you want so they have to put a valid email in to get the file.
