I want to use an avatar for my coaching website called "Deep Compass"

I would like a woman sitting in a reflective position with a compass over her heart...

I really like the character and the compass detail in the attached "compass lady" artwork, but unfortunately it is owned by a magazine :( . I also prefer that the compass doesn't look so much like a blingy necklace and don't need to have fancy shoes. Just a woman sitting reflectively with a compass over her heart.

If you want to make the character look a bit like me (see my headshot) that could be cool too.
