I need a character to be created for a weekly bulletin. The character is based off an Australian Bushranger called Ned Kelly.

What I require is an image of this character in the style of the provided character. The style of the bulletin will be polemical and the image of this character will need to reflect that.

I have also included images of Ned Kelly for reference.
