New counseling business and would like a logo created. Thanks for participating in the contest!

I would like a clean, minimal design. Attached is an example but it is not exactly what I'm looking for.

I would need a dark and light version of the logo.

Logo needs to say "Overcomers Counseling"

Need the "icon" of the logo to create a favicon, or put on a shirt, etc.

Need the source file (photoshop) for future edits.

The logos are looking great! Thanks for the entries. One more concept that I would like to try is the "raising above" look. maybe the 'o" is raising above the other letters...or something to that effect.
