Hi everyone and thanks for looking at this contest!

We are an importer and retailer of Dried Mealworms. We currently have a website www.mealworms-online.com which is primarily for the UK market. We are wanting to expand into the US and other overseas markets and to enable us to do this better and to build a strong customer base we want to create a new and exciting brand name that we will sell our dried mealworms under.

From this contest we are looking for entries to come up with a new brand name and design a logo for it. You can attach a tag line if you like but this is not compulsory. In order for the brand name to win it must be new, have an available .com and .co.uk domain name and not be trademarked by anyone else.

We are open to any ideas really but the main things we are looking for are:

Exciting and bright logo
Catchy and easily recognised
Look professional and trustworthy
A logo that can be utilised for product labels, domain names, marketing material.
Can be used internationally in all different markets.
Think outside of the box – the name does not have to contain the word worm! Anything original and exciting will be considered – however it must obviously relate to the product.
Remember we sell dried mealworms – not live ones.

It would be good if the logo itself can be modified to help promote other areas of our website. For example if the logo incorporated a name and a worm character the worm can be used separately around a website on delivery and FAQ pages etc. as a separate image. This would also provide additional revenue to the winning designer for extra images like this.
