Hello everyone,

I am creating an RPG video game and am looking for someone to create an animation for one of the main characters. The selected candidate must:

- Adhere to the current style of the character
- Be able to create pixel art
- Be able to animate the character correctly and convincingly
- Maintain the current colour palette (no anti-aliasing or effects)
- Create an animation that is around 6 to 12 frames in length

The character is named Samantha. She is a high school student trained in fencing, so she knows how to wield a sword. She is a tomboy and not afraid to get her hands dirty. The animation should exemplify these qualities. For reference, I have attached the character illustration and added additional battle animations to get a feel for the style of the pixel art. If I am especially pleased with the selected candidate, there may be opportunities for additional work in the future.

The animation I need is an attack animation that uses the sword. Her various sword attacks target different heights. The particular sword attack I need is a vertical one that targets the air and airborne enemies. As such, Samantha should swing her sword upward, then perhaps lift up off the ground a bit, while twisting her body around 360 degrees, then coming down at her original position. I am open to any interpretation though.

    nice work you've already here. Given the time required to adapt style and animation research, 70usd is quite short, especially for a one-shot task. If possible, hire the same artist, you'd save money and style consistency.
