Logics of the Move App
By passing the daily challenges users earn points, collect badges and win points. Users compare and compete. They can do it also as a team (B2B also in companies).
There is a daily challenge every day and users can choose among a variety of long-lasting challenges (e.g. 30 days without sugar).
There are overall and monthly rankings and leaderboards.
Example for daily challenges
The daily challenges include little tasks and exercises for work-life, for active breaks and should cover the whole variety of movement (strength, endurance, mobility, fun → also out of the box, rethinking our modern lifestyle)
Example of a challenge - Stairclimbing instead of escalators and lifts
98% of human beings choose to take the lift instead of using the stairs. The lack of movement has dramatic effects on our health. Cardiovascular diseases are the number 1 reason for mortality in the western world. Choose the stairs to change it.
Smartphone neck - hunched backed because of too much sitting and smartphone overuse. A problem of modern society
