Clean/simple/typography: Street names poster

I am looking for a designer to make a simple text-based poster (A4/A3 size)

Basically, my parents have lived in many different places and I am looking for a poster which (a) shows all the streetnames they have lived in and (b) highlights in some way the last streetname, which is where they will retire.

- I am looking for clean/simple design with nice fonts.
- I had in mind perhaps different sizes and orientation of text.
- The streetnames should fill the whole canvas in a "tetris-like" fashion
- The "final" street name should stand out
- Perhaps a light background color, or a background image of some sort ...
- A light frame around the design

but then again, I'm a scientist and not a designer which is why I am here... so feel free to let the creative juices flow :)
