I am a Real estate agent working with Tierra Antigua Realty in Tucson, AZ. I am looking to brand myself and my own business through the use of typography, graphics, and design. Only I want great design and local companies fall short. So I am heading out to the world of Freelancers to find some fantastic designs that I can later incorporate into my entire system of advertising. I want to use these as a basis for all my business cards, web media, social, and letterhead logos. This could move into more work into the future if you meet my style and taste demands.

Because this is my name I am branding, and my team under me is going to be using it as well, I want it to reflect my personality as well as professionalism. Traditional, yet elegantly simple. And I'm not talking European cabinetry, nothing but straight lines and monochromatic design simple. Think Little Black Dress and Pearls, Calligraphy, and Black Walnut Crown Molding meets the Western Frontier, Enamelware, and Turquoise Squash blossoms (Native American Jewelry). Oh, and Gambel's Quail hold a soft spot in my heart.

There are certain real estate rules to my advertising, such as my Brokers name (or Logo) prominently displayed etc. and Fair Housing regulations. If you are unfamiliar with these regulations, please ask. I'm attaching the Broker's Logos and my professional head shot, a few iStockphotos I have purchased, and a picture of a squash blossom for those who don't know.

My immediate need with this contest is to get some business cards and to have a vector print for my social media and a static website (which is listed as another job on here). You now know every graphic word in my vocabulary (Typography and Vector) so I do not know what I need until someone educates me more on the process. Good Luck, and I look forward to your designs.

  i tried not to think traditional and just add a design of houses or contractions theme designs , instead i made abstract yet cubic to be a symbol of real state agency and modern .

I am unfamiliar with the regulations you mentioned. Is there a Logo or standard text that needs to be added to the business card to designate that you follow these regulations? Also if you could give me the Standard Text that you would like included i.e. how many phone numbers, address?, professional website, facebook, etc. That way I know how much space will be required for the text.

For clarification, I am looking for more than just a logo. A logo is a great start but this is for a logo, business card, stationary, and web presence.
