I need a video only (no audio) to play as I stream to fb live where I'll be talking over it.
Should be about 2 mins long.
It's my 10-20-30 breathwork routine
They breathe 10 breaths (at 1.25 seconds per breath)
Then hold for 10 seconds
Then breathe 20 breaths
Then hold for 20 seconds
Then breathe 30 breaths
Then hold for 30 seconds

See the attached slides - I was clicking manually between each slide but it's too hard to do that and get the timing right as I'm explaining at the same time
