Contest Brief

I need a modern website to be developed for my start-up motivation, education and training organisation.
The company exists to motivate and support aspiring entrepreneurs with curated video and article content from around the web, as well as customised learning programs.
To begin, I need to have a website built that will act as a central point for all content.
I don’t know the correct terminology so bare with me, but what I envisage – in addition to a typical home/about/contact page etc. - is a main page for each of the main topics, which then displays links and thumbnails for all the relevant content within that main topic.
It should also have provisions for the usual branding, advertising and social media links.
It must be beautiful in its design and easy to navigate. Think sleek, sophisticated branding.
It should be easy to add and manage content from the back end and be easily built upon with new functionality as the company grows.
The company aims to attract very ambitious people with a sense of style and thus the website should reflect this as best as possible.
A good example of the functionality I require is: www.addicted2success.com
If you have any questions, please let me know.
Many thanks!
