Contest Brief

You need to design a web page using angular java script bootstrap etc.

Page is for a medical application. User need to give his medical history. User will drag the corresponding illness and drop the widget on the corresponding year. While designing think that some of the illness would be disturbing for user so while designing UI you should think of the user mood. Whole color and design should give positive energy to the user.
