Résumé de concours
UPDATE 2: any submissions of templates need to be available (ideally with ratings) through Envato or similar platforms for security reasons.
UPDATE: please read the below carefully. This is a website for a photographer offering photoshoots to property owners. I am not a realtor and I am not selling houses.
I'm looking to get a real-estate photography website going. It should be simple and straight to the point and attract real-estate agents, interior designers etc. In short, made for people that frequently need photos of their properties taken.
The navigation of the website should be fairly simple with sections: home, services, about, pricing, portfolio, blog, contact (not necessarily in this order). The header should contain logo & phone number/ email as well as social icons.
I want this site to rank very well in greater Los Angeles, which is where I'm based myself and where I'll be taking photos. I am not an SEO expert my any means and only have basic understanding. I want there to be a blog to attract people to the site and I'll probably run small Google Adword campaigns to get more business. When you actually look for "real estate photography/ photos/ photographer Los Angeles" on Google the websites that you see come up are pretty... bad and I think we can do better than this :-)
Once finished, it should be easy enough to use that I - as a photographer - can upload images and galleries for clients, regularly update the blog, make some content changes to pages (e.g. price etc.) and create basically content rich pages to attract more clients.
I will also create social handles and have Yelp reviews published on the site. Furthermore, as an absolute must which should go without saying, the site needs to work very well on mobile.
Lastly, this should be a "template" type site that I can use for different verticals, such as "wedding photography" or "family photography" etc.
I have basic understanding of Wordpress but can be convinced to use another platform, if it's not super hard to understand.
Have a mentioned the one thing I really need? The site needs to be fast fast fast. I know that will partially depend on what type of content I post and what resolution images, but that portion I know very well and can control. So for the project I need the "framework" to be fast (I'm relatively sure I'm using these terms incorrectly here, but you understand what I'm trying to say I hope).
