The vast majority of the customers are people renting homes (rental units). Some are in the city, some in the suburbs. The logo will be visible right to the customer -- so it should be professional, simple, and mature. This company is a local company in Lancaster PA and owned by a pair of brothers -- so maybe that can be inspiration. Originality is rewarded.

Would be used on electronic communications, ect.
