I am looking to find a person who can create me the following branded materials:

1. Poster - Full colour 11 x 17 poster with bleed;
2. Website - Design and coding created using Word Press – need design first and be able to code using word press
3. Registration Package - 11 x 17 Double sided Four page registration package, folded – 4 pages in total
4. Agenda – 11 x 17 double sided Four-page Agenda/Program for the reception and summit, folded - 4 pages in total
5. Advertisements - Ads in various sizes for newspapers, magazines and internet and sizes.
6. E-flyers – To be sent via email and Mail Chimp. To be 600 pixels wide and whatever height you think will work best.

Read the attached called Write up for Designers to learn more about the project.

The person must also be able to take the design they create for the website and create on word press. I have purchased the domian on names pro and it it will also be hosted on there.

I need them all together when you send them in. Please don't send them in one by one. Send as one branded package.

FILES ATTACHED
1) Host logos
2) Write up of the six materials needed
3) Agenda of the event
4) Images - but not necessarily have to use. If you find others you want to use and think will work better, do so. Free images that is.
5) A poster that was originally made before I took over the project. Don't follow it but see what one of the hosts made from the start.

Look and I feel I am seeking - Professional but also keep in mind that we want to also target people who work in the oil and gas industry.

Sponsor Logos - Don't have them but can Google them to find them. Location: Saskatchewan, Canada (will get you better logos to the winner)

Note: The sooner the better. I need to make a choice right away. Will take my top five as soonest as Tuesday and send back to my committee to make a decision.

hi, I can all of the above except coding... me+coding=catastrophe. If you accept, I can start working on them but coding I have to hire someone myself and would not cost you any extra money. I will be looking at your reply

Hint: The last poster that was given was to busy. I like imagery but NOT when its over used and too much of it. I am keen in clean and professional.

The boss wanted to focus on partnership but was not sure how to convey that. i tried to give images that showed people together or working together. If you can think of another way, that is great; but without being cheesy. :)

A good place to start first would be the poster. The others will follow its brand. But its would be nice to have just the poster to get a better sense of the overall brand you are thinking. Plus its a leg up over the competition. Just saying. :)
