Contest Brief
I need an unique cover design for a book I am writing about the Holy Spirit. It is about How He interacts in our lives. It is a book that interacts personal encounters with doctrinal truths, and is more about how His work looks as we walk with Him in obedience. Galatians 5:22 is a great standard for the book. My current title is "Keeping Step, Yielding to the Holy Spirit in my Life" I want a cover that stands out and would be attractive to both men and women. I would like it to have something that show a picture of the Holy Spirit leading a couple of people. It could have for instance a picture of a dove ahead of 2 people leading the way, or possibly just feet or shoes walking (keeping step) on a path behind the dove. Credit will be given in the book for the cover photo. Or, It could have some representation of breath. Here is an excerpt to give an idea of the flow of the book:
"Often when at the altar with people praying for the baptism of the Holy Spirit, I want to tell them to just breathe. Breathe, because it is only God who gives life, and the Spirit of God who bestows gifts. By the Holy Spirit, you can have understanding and insight, and when you refuse the tension, you are more apt to allow your heart to be opened to whatever God wants for you. Remember that he wants to pour into you. Rest in that knowledge, and know that He is just a breath away."
You would provide the guarantee of ownership, I will retain all rights to the material gained through the contest. You would be willing to work with me on minor changes until agreement is met for the final product. Know that I am praying to Jesus for the right person and the right design.
