Last December I had some fun commissioning a “To the Moon” shirt for our team at JMC Tool & Machine. It was a hit, but this time I want to shift the focus from motivation to what truly defines us: making precision, quality parts for aerospace and defense programs. Here’s what I’m after: • A bold, colorful look. • A graphic blend—clean illustrations working seamlessly with punchy typography. • Clear emphasis on three things: our JMC Tool & Machine logo, a strong “Quality Parts” message, and subtle yet unmistakable aerospace/defense cues (think machined components orbiting a blueprint grid or a jet silhouette integrated into the text). The design must translate well on a dark or heather-gray cotton tee and stay legible from a distance on the shop floor. Feel free to push color limits, but keep the palette to four spot colors or fewer so screen-printing costs don’t skyrocket. Deliverables • Print-ready vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF) • High-resolution PNG with transparent background • Pantone/CMYK color callouts • Layered file so we can tweak dates or slogans later Please refer to the winning design last time.

CH, you should know going in, most of the entries here will be AI generated, realistically about 99% AI. These scammers post HUNDREDS of AI images each and try to game the system, but they're detectable. The giveaway is seeing a large volume of entries from one person submitted in an extremely short time. A hand crafted design is a labour intensive process, so churning out multiple different entries in rapid succession is simply not feasible for a genuine designer.
