Bike helmet designs contest

The philosophy:
When riding a bike, we believe that children will wear a bike helmet if their parents set the example. Therefore we want to develop a matching bike helmet line. Each line consists of 6 designs. The 6 designs must clearly have a link between them so other people see that it's one family with matching helmets.

The contest:
From the themes provided below, we want you to design a serie of 6 bike helmets which match.

What we need:
1 helmet design for the father: this design needs to be classy. No father wants to where a helmet with silly patterns or images.
1 helmet design for the mother: this design needs to fit an adult mother, who could wear the helmet on her way to work as well when she goes biking with her children.
1 helmet design for the a boy age between 9 to 16: this helmet design needs to be cool. It shouldn't be too childish. It should be a design the boy wants to proudly show his friends at school. It needs to be a cool, tough design showing the boy is becoming a man. This helmet could also be worn by the father, so no playful kid designs.
1 helmet design for the a girl age between 9 to 16: this design should reflect a girl that's becoming more mature. Nothing too flashy. A design that the mother would also consider to buy and wear.
1 helmet design for the a boy child age between 5 to 9: this can be a very playful design. Lots of colors and drawings little boys like. When the little boy sees this helmet in the store, he should immediately be excited and beg his mother to have it because it's such a fun helmet. But it certainly shouldn't be girly.
1 helmet design for the a girl child age between 5 to 9: now this helmet design should be very girly. It may have girly colors and all the things little girls like and dream about.

A template to make the design in is provided in the attachment: HELM template.ai
We deliver our designs to the production team in ai (adobe illustrator). So the designs you make should be in ai or we (or you) should be able to convert them to ai.

The person winning this contest can make the upcoming series, so he'll have extra work in the future.
If there are multiple good designs we can use, these can be bought separately from the winning design in accordance with the rules of freelancer.

  Hi, normaly the pdf file should open without a problem. For the ai file you need Adobe Illustrator.
