***UPDATE*** We are looking for a unique logo that looks clean, minimal, and demonstrates a child's intrinsic engagement with games. The typography is a secondary effect. ONLY designers who consider "typographical imagery" their specialty should contribute a logo that includes type UNLESS your image interacts with the type in a necessary way. If you are going to use standard fonts with no variant in character scaling, tracking, kerning, or leading, then please only submit image content. Good Luck. Our startup takes video games that kids/students are already playing on handheld devices (iPads, iPhones, Android, etc.) and consoles and we extract the educational value that is intrinsically built within the game to create lessons for parents and teachers to use for the students using the game students already enjoy playing. This way learning can be all fun and games.

We are offering education solutions in a non-traditional manner, we are not looking for a logo that associates with schools in the traditional sense - ie. in the form of an apple, school house, pencil, notebook, backpack, etc. Possibly something with a minimal art effect. Is there a way you could impose a child playing a video game / handheld/ PC / or Console within the Typography of Beyond School? Or plugged in but sitting next to the lettering of Beyond School. Either silhouette or in Color? The game aspect is key in what we do for education.
